Statistical analysis
The data collected can be analyzed using the hierarchical cluster analysis. The first step is to calculate a n * n proximity matrix, where n is the number of items. The proximity matrix can be producted by calculating, for each slot i,j, the number of times where the items i and j has been grouped together. The cluster analysis can produce a tree graph of the classification.
